Yarrum Designer Homes wins at the 2026 HIA Hunter Housing Awards
Yarrum Designer Homes has won two category awards and a Highly Commended at the 2026 HIA Hunter Housing and Kitchen and Bathroom Awards, announced on 17 October 2026.
Both wins were in the Custom Built Home category, across two very different price brackets: $600,000 to $800,000, and $2 million to $2.5 million. We also received a Highly Commended in the $1 million to $1.5 million bracket.

About the awards
The HIA Hunter Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards recognise the designers, builders, contractors, suppliers and manufacturers behind new homes, apartments, townhouses, renovations, kitchens, bathrooms and outdoor projects.
Entries are judged by industry professionals. This year, 71 awards were presented across 34 categories, at an event attended by industry leaders and peers from the Central Coast, Hunter and Mid Coast regions.
